    DESCRIPTION
    Maltose syrup is made of high quality starch, produced after liquefaction, saccharification,decolorizing filtration and concentration. It  is a kind of very good sweeteners, foods with sucrose, also can use malt syrup, the sweetness of the maltose is about 30% ~ 40% of sucrose, sweeter is lower than sugar can reduce the sweetness of sugar in food. 
    Malt syrup can be divided into three categories: caramel, high malt syrup and extremely high malt syrup, which are distinguished according to the content and refinement of maltose.
